Flour + Water

Came here for the first time tonight to celebrate a birthday! The food and wine was absolutely delicious! I was so happy that they were able to easily make a vegan beet salad, pizza and pasta dish for me and my mom. The dough of the pizza was INSANELY GOOD and the pasta was the perfect texture. So happy.

We had a party of 14 seated in a private room. It was great to have our own room so we could celebrate without worrying about other guests.The food blew my mind. It was so good. My favorite was a pasta shaped like a candy wrapper. I'm not sure if it's on their regular menu since ours was a set menu arranged by our host months advanced. The wine pairing was wonderful too. Our server Chris was so attentive that everything just flowed smoothly along. This is my first visit and I'm sure I will be back again.

Creative and thoughtful combination of ingredients, but the balance of seasoning is off (either too sour with the pickles or too salty with the sauce). Their pasta are great (both in terms of intrinsic flavour and texture), but the starters are quite a disappointment. Very attentive and helpful service - would have loved to give a higher rating for their efforts, but the kitchen really needs to do a bit more detailed fine tuning.

We sat down as a party of four for the tasting menu. In general, I liked it, although in some of the dishes there was an over heavy reliance on butter and salt. Not a lot of textural variation, which I had been expecting. Nice wine pairings, and a bracing vermouth with the dessert. Good service and atmosphere.

Where do I begin, I've been visiting for a few years now and it is such an awesome place to eat. I often being friends and family here and they're all blown away by the food they're having. It's a little on the pricey side but worth every $. Their menu is constantly changing so you can try something new and seasonal every time you're here. They feature pasta shapes and forms you may have never heard of and everything I've ever ordered here was outstanding.They do have wood fired pizza and pasta, but I highly recommend you go for the pasta. The pizza is good but it's just pizza at the end of the day and their pasta dishes are what really stand out.I shy away from giving too many places 5 stars but this place deserves it 110%!!

Came here to try the tasting menu for a birthday. I was really looking forward to the meal since I have had the flour and water pizza and love pasta. Overall the food was delicious but the portions were small for the two of us. Normally this would be okay, but the table next to us appeared to do the tasting menu as well, but one had done vegetarian, the other non vegetarian and they had the same portions per person as we had for the two of us. If we were to do this again (which we might, the pasta was good) we would definitely forgo the tasting menu and opt for plates.

Food is delicious and well thought out! The fresh pasta is beautifully prepared and the texture is great, has just the right amount of bite to it. It is a bit pricey for the portions but the quality is worth it!

What a wonderful birthday dinner date. The food is delicious and Perfect cook and the flavor is amazing and to the perfection nothing else is needed. Environment and and place is pleasant and the service I can't describe everyone is friendly and courteous. I definitely will come back and highly recommend this place.

Amazing food and service! Dropped by for dinner and we were sat down at a communal table, which was still spacious and comfortable. Service staff were very attentive and professional. Food was honestly magical - we tried their Squid Ink pasta and Speck Pizza (photos don’t do it justice) and loved the balance of flavors. I can’t be bothered describing them any further - just go try them!!

Got the tasting menu with pairings. The courses were all amazing. The pairing were not perfect but nonetheless interesting. Will definitely go back.
